Safari Waters Ranch is a unique private gated neighborhood off the beaten path approximately 90 minutes SE of Dallas and 40 minutes SW of Tyler. Nature abounds in approximately 1775 acres of beautiful landscapes, a wide variety of trees and fauna, and three beautiful spring-fed lakes totaling roughly 130 acres in size and stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, and bream.
Free-roaming wildlife features Zebra, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, White-tailed Deer, and Pere David's Deer. Over 60 different species of birds have been observed. There are about 11 miles of private roadways for walking and biking.
Front Gate House Staffed: Monday-Saturday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Sunday Noon - 5 p.m.
